Fixed an issue where the Object List in the Portal may suffer very long response times if the history on migrated Business Objects is large.

Fixed an issue where the clear of Item History from Portal / Operations / Manage was unable to clear the history. The job to clear the history failed with Sql time outs and dead locks. The clear job has been changed to clear the history in batches

When deleting a root Business Object in the Studio Project Explorer tree view, the object was immediately removed but reappeared on a "get latest" action. With this fix, the deleted root Business Object remains in the tree view marked for deletion (with a red X). The object is only removed from the tree view when the deletion is committed to the repository.
